How it works

A simple rhythm that keeps leagues active without creating admin work.

1) Create the league

Set divisions, invite players, and choose scoring rules.

2) Play & report results

Players submit results and standings update automatically.

3) Finish with finals

Generate a finals bracket and wrap up the season with a tournament day.

Example season timeline

A realistic 10-month format that keeps things moving, without creating admin work. Designed around real company rhythms (summer PTO, end-of-year rush).

September
Kickoff
Invite members, confirm divisions, and publish rules. People join when it feels official.
October
Placement round
A short placement round to form skill-based groups for the season. Top players can be seeded to keep early rounds fair.
November–May
Monthly rounds (promotion/relegation)
Promotions/relegations keep it fair. Beginners stay motivated, advanced players stay challenged. Optional December break for holiday season.
June
Finals + social event
Generate a bracket, print the finals sheet, finish with a tournament day and a short season report.
What HR gets at the end
A simple season summary: participation rate, match activity, and highlights you can share internally.
