This portal processes the following user data:
- email address
- nickname
- first and last name
- phone number
The only mandatory information is the email address, which serves as a unique login name. It is also the primary means of communication with registered users.
Email communication from the portal typically includes operational notifications, or other notifications that the user selects in their preferences, if the portal contains this functionality.
Email address of league owner and administrators is also accessible for the players registered in the given league.
The nickname, first and last name, and phone number are entirely managed by the user. Every registered user has the option to edit or delete this information at any time in the "Preferences" section of the portal if they no longer wish to provide it.
If the user provides a nickname, it will be displayed in their user interface and serve as an indication that the user is logged in.
If the user provides their first and last name, it will help us address the user correctly in electronic mail, such as in winning notifications. Similarly, providing a phone number simplifies contacting the user in case of a win.
We retain the provided information for the duration of the registration and for an additional 6 months after the registration expires. We reserve the right to delete optional user information if it contains text that violates good manners or applicable laws.
